About Brenda Kinnear 

Brenda is the President and Founder of Kinnear & Associates Consulting.  She is a Certified Management Consultant holding the designation of CMC and currently sits on the board of the Southwest Chapter of the CMC

Brenda is a graduate of the University of Windsor's Faculty of Social Work.  She has a Diploma in Alternative Dispute Resolution and a Certificate in Negotiation and Mediation both from the University of Toronto.  Brenda is a member of the Human Resource Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO); she is a Director on the Bayfield and Area (BACC) Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Huron County Optimist Club.

Prior to founding Kinnear & Associates, Brenda was a founding partner of the Toronto based General Management Consulting firm of Barnes, Kinnear Associates now BMG.  She held senior HR portfolios within both the Health Care and Social Services sector for several years prior to consulting.
